Learning beyond books

🎤📚 My Life in Extracurricular Activities

When I look back at my school life, one thing that makes me happy is all the extracurricular activities I take part in. I love being part of events like debates, speeches, quizzes, and many more. They are not just activities for me, they are experiences that teach me something new every time.
Debate is one of my favorites. I enjoy standing on the stage, sharing my opinion, and listening to others. Sometimes I win, sometimes I don’t, but every debate makes me more confident. I learn how to speak clearly, how to think fast, and how to respect other people’s ideas even when I don’t agree with them.

I also like speech competitions. At first, I was very shy and scared to speak in front of a crowd. My hands used to shake and my heart would beat so fast. But slowly, I got better. Now, when I speak, I feel proud because I know my words can inspire people.
Quizzes are super fun too! I love testing my knowledge and learning new facts. Sometimes the questions are really hard, but it feels so good when I get them right. It also helps me stay curious and keep reading new things.

Apart from these, I try to join as many school activities as I can – whether it is sports day, cultural programs, or clubs. Each activity makes school life more colorful and exciting.
I believe that extracurricular activities are not just for winning prizes. They help me grow as a person. They teach me teamwork, time management, and how to handle failure without giving up.
I am grateful for every chance I get to take part in these activities. They are shaping me into a more confident and stronger person. And most importantly, they make me happy.
